RATES:
Westroc:
$450 per night in season.
$350 per night, off season.
Tanners Flat:
$225 per night in season.
$175 per night, off season.
In Season times:
Memorial Weekend to Labor Day, Thanksgiving Week, and Christmas to March 15.
Off Season times:
March 16 to Memorial Weekend and Labor Day to Christmas eve, excluding Thanksgiving Week.
Prices do not include 10% tax. There is no additional cleaning fee.
What is included, what is not:
Included:
Bedding, towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, dish and hand soap.
Not included:
Personal items, bath soap and shampoo, food, maid service.
POLICIES:
No Smoking. No Pet's sorry, as much as we love them.
25% Deposit to hold a reservation. We will then send or email you a confirmation letter.
Refunds on deposits: 60 days, less 10% handling.
Prices do not include taxes of 10%. (3% resort tax, 7% state bed & use tax)
Check-in is after 5 pm. Check out is before 10 am. This allows us time to clean for the next group. We do our own cleaning and take pride in the cleanliness of the cabins when you arrive.
4 night minimum rental on both cabins.
We accept personal or bank check, as well as money orders or cash (except on deposit).
